Meet Kayla Lumpkin, our friendly and dedicated Patient Care Coordinator at Schultz Physical Therapy’s Bogalusa clinic. A proud Bogalusa native, Kayla first connected with Schultz Physical Therapy after job shadowing Dr. Jay and hearing great things about the clinic’s positive reputation.
With a background that includes computer coursework and hands-on experience with insurance processes and scheduling systems, Kayla brings valuable skills and a strong work ethic to our front desk operations. She’s committed to creating a welcoming, efficient experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with family and friends, shopping, and relaxing by the pool or river. She also has a creative side, with a passion for doing hair and nails. Her home is shared with three beloved pets—an Australian Shepherd, a mini Aussie, and a rescue kitten—all of whom are thoroughly spoiled.
Kayla is motivated by setting personal goals and working hard to achieve them. She’s proud to contribute her dedication and positivity to the Schultz Physical Therapy team.
